Gemtesa is a tablet that is usually taken once a day.

Common side effects may include painful urination, nausea, diarrhea, headache, or cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, or sore throat.

This medicine belongs to a group of medicines called selective beta-3 adrenergic agonists that affects the muscles in the bladder.
